Background...

Senior Project Manager and creative operations leader with 12+ years delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives from conception through launch across healthcare, media, and digital environments. I work at the intersection of structure and creativity: building the systems, workflows, and stakeholder alignment that let creative and marketing teams do their best work.

Most recently at Precision Analytical (creators of the DUTCH Test), I led provider activation programs reaching 65,000+ healthcare professionals monthly, drove an average 80%+ conversion rate on provider intake flows, and produced a sold-out event generating $52K+ in attributable revenue. I managed a full rebrand and website rebuild, launched a weekly podcast that grew from under 150K to nearly 600K total downloads, scaled a webinar program from a few hundred registrants to 2,000+ per event, and oversaw clinical and educational content production across every channel. My work spanned project management, campaign execution, content creation and operations, AI-assisted workflow automation, and cross-functional alignment across clinical, commercial, and marketing stakeholders.

Before healthcare, I spent nearly a decade in television and digital media production, managing complex, high-visibility projects for Netflix, HBO, A&E, National Geographic, and others, including Emmy-nominated programming. That background shaped how I operate: move fast without losing quality, align stakeholders with competing priorities, and build processes that scale without adding headcount.

What makes my perspective unique: I have been a Type 1 Diabetic since 1990 and an insulin pump and CGM user since 1998. I have spent 35 years personally navigating every layer of the U.S. healthcare system. I understand the patient journey because I live it every day. That ground-level experience informs how I think about friction, messaging, and what it actually takes to get people to act.

I am drawn to work that is "bigger" than the deliverable. Healthcare appeals to me because it changes lives. But my experience translates across industries anywhere that complex, cross-functional work needs structure, clarity, and someone who will see it through.
